Delivery Information

I will contact you to notify you of delivery when the product is ready for dispatch.

The delivery timescales stated are an estimate only.

I will notify you if there is an excessive delay in the dispatch of your goods.

Joanna London Print Decorated Ceramics will not be liable for anything other than the value of the goods themselves should there be a delay in the delivery of the goods.

I reserve the right to charge you for any extra costs arising from any changes you make to the delivery address after you submit an order.

If you are unable to take delivery of your order on the confirmed delivery day I reseve the right to charge you with any costs arising from any storage of the goods and subsequent delivery arrangements.

If I accidentally damage your goods in the course of delivery then my liability for that damage is limited to the refund or replacement of the goods or the value thereof.

You are responsible for checking products upon delivery and verifying that they are in a satisfactory condition and that they are in accordance with their description and complete.
