It's all go for Christmas now, I have just about finished my present shopping and ordered the turkey.. :).  The christmas tree is up and looking magical, all silver and blues this year, I have specified the colours and banned the family from putting anything on the tree that is outside this scheme !!

Only a few more days before the schools break up and we can begin to relax ( I hope).

Even I have to concede Christmas is on it's way now as the kids begin opening their advent calenders this week, I have ordered a christmas tree and I have vowed to start the present shopping as soon as we hit December!

My youngest son is practising hard for his school concert, he plays the tenor horn and is tackling a number of Christmas carols including In the Bleak Midwinter, one of my favourites.  He and his school mates will also be singing a couple of carols in a 'rap' style, he has all the body language, should be fun !

Orders are up at Joanna London as everyone is choosing their gifts no doubt, our most popular items are cappuccino cups and teapots for one.  I have checked out the competition and consider that our teapots for one are definately the most elegant !
